Cherimoya
Cherimoya, sweet and creamy! This is the beginning of the season, and we will do our best to get all the orders filled. At room temperature, they ripen within a few days, and are ready when slightly soft to the touch, and can be open in half and eaten with a spoon, discarding the seeds. Once ripe, they can still be kept for a few days. If the skin gets dark, don't wait. Since they are picked just before shipping, they will take 3 to 4 days to ripen after receiving them, and then can be still kept for more days, extending to over a week. Store in a cool storage (not fridge).
