Mangoes - Seasonal mix
Discovering box of Mangoes from Andalusia in season. Approximately 5kilos of different kinds of mangoes depending on availability and ripeness. Those mangoes come from the farms of Remedios, Antonia and Paco (certified organic), Juande (certified organic). They ripen one after the other over a week or two when kept in a cool storage, and a warmer spot can hasten ripening. Avoid cold storage, fridge. Late varieties Keitt from november - december can even be kept for more than a month in a cool storage. |
