Roomates, CouchSurfing, etc - Total listing : 6
 | My sister and I currently live together in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath townhome in downtown Sacramento. We are growing in different directions, so I might seriously need a roommate within a month.
The set up...
Downstairs - the living room isn't too big, but not super small either. I have no furniture in the living room other than a little stand/bookcase with a TV connected to a DVD player.
The living room has a fire place...
The kitchen is a pretty good size compared to most I've seen in Sacramento. There is a good amount of counter space. I do have a kitchen table that seats 4.
There is washer and dryer hookup (I do not have machines).
There is a downstairs bathroom. It's a half bathroom...so no shower.
There is a downstairs patio where I have a 4x4 garden going, and some other planters around the area.
Upstairs area...
There's a full upstairs bathroom that is kind of small, not much storage space. There are storage cabinets outside of the bathroom for toiletries, bath towels, etc.
The master bedroom is pretty big. It has 2 closets and a bay window.
The master bedroom is the one that would be rented out...my sister pays $500, so my new roommate would also pay $500.
For the coming summer months, I do my best not to turn on the central AC. I like the heat :)
